Below is a list of the commonly asked questions about the club. If you have a question that isn't answered here, please don't hesitate to contact us.

What's it like in there?

The club is spread over three floors. On the ground floor you will find the reception, internet cafe , locker room and the huge jacuzzi and the chill out area.

The first floor contains sauna, crusing areas and access to the roof garden..

In the basement you will find the horny and very popular dungeon, and an extremely large steam room.

How do we join?

No membership or joining fee is required, simply arrive at the Health Club pay your entrance fee and get down to some fun.

Will I have to give my name & address?

You will be asked to give a name and sign in, no address is required and all information given is absolutely confidential and no details are stored on computer or elsewhere.

Can you suggest somewhere to stay?

Do we have to "do anything"?

No! If you just want to look around or maybe have a chat with someone and use the facilities that's not a problem. You won't get pushed into anything you don't want to be involved in. We do understand that you may feel a little nervous. Please don't worry. Heroes is a pressure free environment, and no one has to do anything at all.

Do people have sex anywhere in the club or is it all in the rooms?

The vast majority of activity goes on in the rooms around the club and in the jacuzzi, but Heroes is a very sexy club, so anything could happen anywhere.

We're coming for the first time and are nervous?

Everyone gets nervous on their first visit to a club. Just take it at your own pace, you're not going to be forced to do anything you dont want to.

How do I meet people?

Simply say hello and have a chat. Everyone who comes to the club are friendly and relaxed, they won't bite.....(unless you ask them to!)

Can we have sex with anyone we like?

Provided it's with their consent, yes. Never assume you have their consent....always ask.

Do you supply condoms?

Condoms and lube are supplied throughout the club.

Do you supply towels?

We supply towels, along with safe and secure lockers to keep your belongings in.

Do you sell alcohol?

No, unfortunately we can't sell you alcoholic drinks.

Can I bring my own drinks?

No, we have a large selection of soft drinks available from the bar at a sensible cost.

Can I smoke in the club?

Since the 1st July 2007 smoking is no longer permitted in the club premises, we do however have a roof garden where smoking will be permitted. Dressing gowns will be made available in colder weather conditions.

Do you have a drugs policy?

Heroes has a very strict drugs policy. We don't allow drug use under any circumstances, anyone found abusing this policy will be asked to leave, so please don't try.

Do you have any other rules?

All we ask is that you respect other members and the club itself. Always remember that "NO" means "NO".
